Recycled Blazer and $19 Mom Jeans

When it comes to buying clothes, I love balling on a budget and incorporating the latest trends.

This season’s trend is the "9 to 5 blazer” and the price for one has significantly gone up. People are paying a minimum of $80 to $200. That is insane!

Being fashionable doesn’t always come with an expensive price tag. Hit up a thrift store, shop in the sale section at stores like Forever 21 or raid your mom’s closet.

A trick I like to use is recycling my clothing. Recycling clothes consists of reusing trendy garments from several years ago to complement an outfit.

I personally like to recycle “staple pieces.” Staple pieces are must-have items that you can reuse at any point and time.
They include biker jackets, jeans jackets, blazers, cardigans, vintage jeans, and much more.

For this look, I recycled this H&M blazer ($30) that I bought back in 2010 and paired it with Zara Mom Jeans that were on sale for just $19! I completed my outfit with a pair of studded-tassel earrings ($8), a satin mini tote ($14), and lastly black pointed-toe heels ($26).

Each week, Stylin' On A Budget shows you how to take a look under $100 and make it look BOMB!

I hope you guys can recreate these looks or get some inspiration for an even better one.
